Team Risk assessment
A team risk assesment is an excellent mehod to identify risks and prioritize them, involving the capabilities and creativity of your entire team.
Goal Assessment

Target group?
Team Risk Assessment is especially suited for projectteams that want to gain a clear view of the risks that are present in their project. Also representatives of stakeholders may participate in the session.
How does it work?
Team Risk Assessment consists of two main steps. The first step is used to identify the risks at hand. Risks are formulated in a positive way to avoid a negative "blame and shame" atmosphere.
The second step is to value the identified risks. Each participants fills in a special questionnaire. The results are combined in a team score for each risks. Interesting findings and large disagreements are discussed on the spot.
When to use it?
Team Risk Assessment is especially fruitful during the start-up of a project. It is also applied if a project profoundly changes its direction or objectives or during project crises.
