viewing an effect, how does it work?
This function enables you to view information about a risk effect
1. Select the effect of your choice from the Effect List
2. View the effect information
Remarks
-Details of an effect can be viewed by clicking the tabs at the bottom of an effect
-An effect can also be selected if you go to the effect window of the risk an effect is associated with.
