make a company/department owner of a risk effect
Making a company or department risk owner, how does it work?
This functions enables you to record an owner for the effects of a certain risk.
1. Select the risk where you want to assign the risk effects to an owner
2. Select the tab Risk > Details
3. Select the company or department you want to assign as the effect owner
Remarks
-It should be clear what company or organizational unit bears the consequences of a risk.
-The owner of the risk effects is the one who pays the bill if a negative risk occurs and the one who gets the revenues in the case of positive risks.
